A popular dish that focuses on natural dashi made with a white miso base, ensuring that every bite is delicious and can be savored until the last drop. It takes a total of 20 hours of effort, including 8 hours of fermentation, to fully extract the natural umami.
One Serving
We accept orders starting from two servings. Step one, ignite the stove. We will ensure it is delicious until it is ready. Please enjoy other dishes while waiting for the hot pot to be ready! Step two, when it starts to boil, it is almost done. When it is bubbling, we will come to break up the mountain of vegetables that are piled high. Step three, the hot pot is complete. When the vegetables are wilted, it is a sign that the flavors of the ingredients have been drawn out. The carefully selected condiments will stimulate your appetite for the hot pot. Step four, enjoy until the end. The noodles will soak up the broth, and the delicious mixed grain porridge will be a perfect finish! Enjoy your meal!
