A late-night Chinese restaurant in town

Located just a 2-minute walk from Sugimotocho Station, Tori Hide is a Chinese restaurant known for its specialty karaage, available in both bone-in and boneless options. The juicy and crispy texture is exquisite. The clean interior and the option to order set meals even late at night are additional highlights. Loved by a wide range of customers from families to solo diners.

After walking a little from the station, I was excited to see a bright Chinese restaurant. Inside, there were rows of tables, and it felt clean and calming. The fried chicken, which I was looking forward to the most, was crispy on the outside and fluffy with juicy chicken breast on the inside. When I added a little salt and pepper from the table, the umami was further enhanced, and I couldn't stop eating. The special fried rice was finished with a fragrant aroma, topped with a thick egg, making it very satisfying to eat. The crispy surface and aroma of the pan-fried dumplings were also great, and I was completely satisfied until the end.
