A specialty shop for exquisite German-style pork sausages

Mugiton Koubou Ishizuka is a well-regarded specialty shop for pork sausages in the local area. Using pigs raised on their own farm, the sausages are crafted using traditional German methods, offering a rich and flavorful experience. Their products have even won gold medals in Germany, earning a reputation for quality. Additionally, the pretzels and other breads baked in-house are definitely worth a try.

This is a specialty store for pork sausages, and the selection is very extensive. They finish their own pork using German methods, and I hear it is well-regarded even in its home country. They have everything from wieners to ham, bacon, and salami, allowing you to fully appreciate the rich flavor of pork. The roast ham is smooth and tender, with a delightful melt-in-your-mouth quality. The white sausage, seasoned with herbs, has a light texture that I really enjoy. Since it keeps well even when taken home, it's fun to choose from a variety of options.
