This is a shop located on the main street of Chuo Town. The signature dish is tomato curry made without using water or oil, and its reddish appearance is exciting. When you take a bite, it is creamy, and the spiciness gradually spreads, creating a deep flavor with the acidity of the tomatoes and the aroma of spices. The rice is available as multigrain rice, and you can also enjoy it with naan or pasta. There are plenty of seasonal vegetable dishes, and a curry that includes 13 types of vegetables, which is great for vegetable lovers. It seems that the acidity of the tomatoes changes slightly from day to day, and it was a fun time, including conversations with the friendly staff.
