Upon entering the restaurant, a calm and luxurious atmosphere envelops you, creating a sense of excitement. The first dish served, chicken sashimi, is abundant with fresh cuts of breast, liver, gizzard, and skin. With each bite, you can enjoy the crunchy texture and rich umami, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The thigh meat, grilled over charcoal, carries a fragrant smoky aroma, and since the owner cuts it for you, it's very easy to eat. When you add a little yuzu pepper as recommended, it enhances the spiciness and aroma, further expanding the deliciousness. The friendly conversations with the staff were enjoyable, and I was able to spend the entire time in a happy mood.
