The salt-grilled tongue with plenty of green onions is best when lightly grilled on one side, and the juiciness is very pleasant. The lean meat can be enjoyed with a sharp saltiness, and the fatty offal is also very satisfying. The portions are substantial, allowing you to enjoy sharing several types.
