It's a small, house-like shop near the station that is a bit hard to find since there is no sign. When you enter, guided by the sound of a metal spatula, you are greeted by a delightful aroma. Inside, there is a large iron plate, and while you wait on a chair for your food to be ready, they will call out to you at the right moment. You can help yourself to drinks from the refrigerator at the back, making it a casual place to spend time. The style involves layering thin batter with cabbage and noodles, and it is very delicious when combined with a runny egg and sauce. At the end, you can add sauce and aonori (seaweed flakes) to your liking, and you can't help but feel satisfied, nodding in agreement with its popularity featured on TV.
