You can choose between thick cuts or slices. Only Saga-produced Wagyu tongue is used. Each tongue can yield between 1 to 1.5 kilograms, but the premium portion we serve to customers is about enough for 10 servings, making it a very rare cut. This is our pride product.
Since it is a part around the ribs, the beef is constantly moving to breathe, resulting in a fine texture that is somewhat firm (with a good chew) and is also characterized by a high fat content, making it a classic choice for grilled meat.
It is melt-in-your-mouth meat with beautiful marbling.
We only use the best parts of the karubi. It is guaranteed to melt in your mouth.
