You can relax in a completely private room, allowing you to feel a sense of specialness from the moment you arrive. The chef carefully adjusts the cooking level right in front of you, so each bite reveals a different flavor. The Saga beef has a melting texture, and as soon as it enters your mouth, the aroma and sweetness gently rise. The seafood and island vegetables are also colorful, giving the entire course a taste of Okinawa. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including wine and awamori, allowing for enjoyable pairings with the dishes. I was able to use the shuttle service on the way back, so I felt relaxed until the very end and was very satisfied.
