La Authentic

This casual bistro serves classic French cuisine from a frequently changing chalkboard menu, explained in English when needed. Dishes such as ceviche, scallops, slow-cooked meats and potato gratins are prepared with care and paired with excellent bread. The room is simple and slightly worn, with comfortably sized tables and a subdued noise level. Generous portions and a notable profiterole dessert contribute to a satisfying, unpretentious dining experience.
