Almost a mountain fire event, 'Yamayaki of Mt. Omuro.' There is a symbolic beautiful conical mountain called Mt. Omuro on the Izu Peninsula, and an event called 'Yamayaki' is held once a year to burn the entire mountain. Omuroyama, which has just finished the event, is completely black. A parfait imagined like that. Mt. Omuro made with red bean paste, meringue clouds on top of the mountain, and the Amagi mountain range of flour dumplings on the side.

This is a waffle made with Izu's specialty 'Guricha' sauce. It is served with shiratama dumplings kneaded with guricha and clouds made of meringue. Each waffle is baked by hand, so it may take some time to serve. (about 10 to 15 minutes) Guricha is a special product of the Izu region, and it is a tea that has been finished by replacing a part of the normal sencha finishing process with a unique method. The characteristics of tea made by this method are less bitterness and astringency, and more richness. It is difficult to obtain outside of Izu, so please take this opportunity to try it.
