This is a small shop centered around a counter located on Ginza Street in Shirahama. They cook carefully right in front of you, and although the service is a bit leisurely, you can relax and enjoy your time. The bonito sashimi has a melting texture and a deep umami flavor that was impressive. The simmered clam dish has a good aroma of the sea, is light, and pairs well with alcohol. The tempura, rolled omelet, and agedashi tofu, all traditional Japanese dishes, are well-prepared and satisfying. The pork shabu salad with fruit tomatoes and Shine Muscat grapes is also delightful, and I recommend ordering a variety of dishes.
