A dish created by Monsieur Takahashi, who became a legend at the Takakura Hotel Fukuoka, known as 'Aji no Takakura'. The beef cheek is marinated in red wine to preserve its texture and flavor, and is cooked at low temperature. Comes with soup, salad, and bread or rice.
Omurice made with 'Yuyu Tamago', featuring a fluffy and colorful frilled dress style. It looks as if flowers are blooming. Wrapped in special chicken rice and served with demi-glace sauce. Comes with soup and salad.
