The bright interior has window-side seats and a counter, making it a comfortable place. The pork miso soup, rich in dashi, is very mellow and brings happiness from the very first bite. The dashi rolled omelet, infused with the flavor of meat, is fluffy and thick, providing a satisfying bite. The small plates, including sashimi, quail eggs, and potato salad, are abundant, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. I also enjoyed the root vegetable salad with black vinegar and the garlic-scented shrimp dish. The harami (skirt steak) had no unpleasant odor and was just the right tenderness, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously with just the seasoning.
