The most popular dish, featuring a distinctive batter and carefully prepared chicken, offering an exquisite soba that cannot be tasted anywhere else. Also try the 'Tori Ten Tamago Soba' (1400 yen) served with a raw egg.
In addition to chicken tempura, we have also included popular daikon tempura. The 'Nana Ten Tamago Soba' (1400 yen) shown in the photo comes with an egg and is one of the finest dishes of the current era.
Our signature dish, this is what we refer to as 'Oni Soba'. It is a tradition that has been passed down through Kake Soba, rather than Mori Soba or Zaru Soba.
You can compare the thick traditional Oni soba with the very thin Nanahime soba. Both are made from homemade flour, 100% buckwheat, and hand-made, and although the dipping sauce is also homemade, the difference in taste is due to the thickness.
