Breakfast is served buffet style with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes using locally produced, locally consumed, and seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a leisurely morning while gazing at the magnificent view of the Hakone Outer Rim Mountains.

Hakone Mountain Foot Pork is a brand of pork raised in the rich natural environment of the western foot of Hakone Mountain, fed with special feed that includes seaweed powder and wood vinegar, along with pure underground water. It has a low odor typical of pork, and the meat is very tender due to its fine fibers, with a sweetness in the fat being another characteristic. We recommend the tarragon sauce, which features a refreshing herbal aroma and a hint of sweetness!
We have prepared seasonal sea bream marinated simply with fresh dill and olive oil. The clams steamed in white wine are plump, tender, and juicy. We recommend the tomato sauce, which features a refreshing acidity and a gentle herbal aroma!
We have prepared grilled beef loin with a fine texture, a good balance of lean meat and fat, and rich umami. By combining it with salt koji, the umami is enhanced, and it is characterized by its tenderness. It pairs exceptionally well with a slightly tangy Polynesian sauce based on soy sauce!
We finish the locally sourced Hakone Western Slope beef sirloin on a hot plate. This beef is rare, has a moderate amount of fat, and offers a well-balanced umami flavor. Enjoy this rare local beef, the Hakone Western Slope beef, with a soy sauce-based Japanese-style sauce.
T-bone, a cut of beef. It is a part where the sirloin and filet are combined, allowing you to enjoy two cuts at once in a very luxurious dish. We serve the voluminous and flavorful beef with three types of sauces. It is also available as a single item, so please feel free to share and enjoy.
Shizuoka Wagyu filet mignon is a rare cut that can only be obtained from a single cow, characterized by its light yet rich flavor. It has no excess fat, and the umami and aroma that spread in your mouth when you bite into it will leave you enchanted.

A sparkling wine-flavored beverage made from 100% white grapes. It uses Chardonnay grapes grown in our own vineyard. The alcohol content is separated from the wine, which is brewed in the same way as regular wine, using a special device. Additionally, Chardonnay juice is added to adjust the flavor. The firm acidity preserved by nighttime harvesting and the rich lychee aroma give a fullness to the mouthfeel, creating a taste reminiscent of wine.
