We use Tajima-produced Koshihikari Serpentinite Rice!! Rice grown in serpentinite soil, which is rich in minerals, is full of sweetness!! It is said to be a mythical rice. Honjozo Dry Type 【Kochi】 +10 A skillful harmony of traditional dry brewing and honjozo. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the refreshing aroma unique to dry types and the sharpness of honjozo.
This is a honjozo sake from Toyama with a +4 rating. It has a subtle fruity aroma, a crisp umami flavor, and a clean, elegant finish, resulting in a slightly dry taste. Both the mouthfeel and aftertaste are smooth, with a light, refreshing flavor.
Namazake Junmai [Hokkaido] +4. This brewing method, cultivated by hand, is currently practiced by only a few breweries. Made solely from rice and rice koji, it offers a smooth and mellow flavor, rich taste, and gentle finish, making it a superb product.
Junmai [Nara] +12.0 The ultimate dry sake created by traditional techniques. It uses 'Yamada Nishiki' for the koji rice and 'Shinriki' for the pressing rice. Please enjoy the beautifully balanced richness and sharpness. Alcohol: 15.0–15.9 Raw rice: Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio: 58%
