Shropshire Blue is a cow's milk cheese made in the United Kingdom. It started out as a Scottish attempt to replicate Stilton Cheese but with a subtle twist of adding annatto to the milk it gave it an orange hue. The result is a soft textured, mellow, blue with a glorious contrast of colours between the orange hue of the curd and the delicate blue veins
This is an award winning soft goat's cheese shaped in a truncated pyramid called 'Cerney Ash' It has a subtle flavour with a hint of lemony tang, the flavour deepens with age. Made at North Cerney, Chapel Farm by Lady Isable Angus within the Cotswolds
A mellow, buttery-rich 'washed-rind' cheese that expresses the rich and diverse clover of King Stone farm deep in the Cotswolds, based on the classic French cheese 'Rebcochon'
Stoney Cross is a truckle of mould ripened cheese, very similar to a French Tomme DeSavoie. It is a creamy texture with sweet flavours and a distinctly earthy finish. The cheese is named for an old World War 11 airfield 2 miles to the south of Lyburn Farm
