As you walk a little after leaving Ikeshita Station, you come across a shop that stands like a secret base. Once you enter, a stylish and calm counter spreads out, allowing you to sit comfortably and enjoy the atmosphere. They select a glass of wine to pair with the freshly fried skewers, providing a surprise with every sip. The course features seasonal ingredients such as Awaji's new onion soup and angel shrimp foam, keeping both your eyes and palate entertained. The cold noodles in kombu water and the small bowl of freshly made yuba that come out midway reset your palate, allowing you to enjoy the meal lightly until the end. The moment you mix the homemade black syrup with the final kuzukiri is very blissful, and the aftertaste lingered all the way home.
