A renowned Taiwanese restaurant with a calm atmosphere

Ajisen is a famous Taiwanese restaurant located in front of the Rose Park in Fukuyama, beloved by the locals. The Taiwanese ramen, in particular, boasts a perfect balance of spiciness and umami, making it irresistibly delicious. Open late into the night, the restaurant features counter seating, creating a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners. While it may lack flamboyance, the quiet and serene interior allows guests to enjoy their meals at a leisurely pace.

There is a large parking lot nearby, making it easy to access by car. The store is always lively, and there is a counter where you can sit comfortably even alone. The spicy Taiwanese ramen is filled with minced meat, green onions, and chives, with striking red chili peppers. The spiciness is just right, warming your body and allowing you to savor the flavor of the soup. You can also enjoy chicken wings and set meals, and the sweet and sour pork has a taste that has been loved for many years. Personally, I found the freshly made vegetable crab omelet to be very delicious and a hidden gem.
