A Community-Focused Town Chinese Restaurant with Careful Cooking

This local Chinese restaurant features a menu with photos displayed at the entrance, offering a wide variety of noodles and stir-fried dishes. The crab omelet and mapo tofu, prepared fresh for each order, are served piping hot and are praised for their gentle flavors that highlight the ingredients' natural deliciousness. The thin noodles maintain their firmness without becoming soggy, pairing perfectly with the clear broth-based soup.

This is a Chinese restaurant located in a corner of a shopping street. There is a raised seating area where you can take off your shoes and sit down. Water and jasmine tea are served first, which is comforting. The five-ingredient yakisoba has a fragrant char on the noodles and is satisfying with plenty of ingredients. The filling, which includes squid, Chinese cabbage, pork, ham, wood ear mushrooms, and quail eggs, is slightly sweet and easy to eat. The hot and sour noodle soup with crab omelet features fluffy eggs and a gentle sourness that is impressive, and the yakisoba can be enjoyed even more by adding vinegar for a flavor change.
