In a cozy space with only a counter, you can relax enveloped in fragrant smoke. The grilled chicken is served only with sauce, offering a rich, traditional flavor and a pleasant aroma. Each item, from the neck meat to the gizzard, liver, and meatballs, has a delightful texture, with the skin being particularly memorable. It pairs perfectly with well-chilled bottled beer or shochu on the rocks. The asparagus salad is also generous, allowing you to enjoy plenty of vegetables. Inside the shop, with decorations of rocks and a large TV playing visuals, conversations at the counter flow naturally.
