The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm and relaxing. The gentle vibe from the craftsmen is also pleasant. The sushi has a fluffy rice with a mild acidity, allowing the flavors of the toppings to come through well. The dobin mushi, fresh oysters, and raw shishamo are all impressively delicious. The chawanmushi, dashimaki tamago, and thinly sliced cucumber rolls are also enjoyable to savor. There is a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and the explanations of the dishes are thorough, making you want to try various options.
