It is quietly located deep in an alley, and it feels like a small discovery that excites me. Inside the shop, I can relax and enjoy Japanese tea, and the retro atmosphere of the second-floor seating is lovely. The Japanese black tea with herbal notes has a refreshing aftertaste, allowing me to slowly enjoy its aroma. The taiyaki made with dough mixed with hojicha powder is filled with ingredients all the way to the edges, providing a sense of satisfaction. The tea infused with floral scents, the aromatic cheesecake, and the elegant nerikiri all pair perfectly. The texture of the vessel feels just right in my hand, and I am happy to be able to enjoy several cups by adding more hot water.
