The atmosphere of the town Chinese restaurant is pleasant, and the counter by the window is bright and calming. There are many options on the menu, which makes it hard to choose, but everything has a careful taste that satisfies. The fried rice, in particular, is moist and filled with finely chopped char siu, making it very delicious. The restaurant's recommended half-chan ramen features a broth that has a hint of niboshi (dried sardines), slightly firm medium-thick noodles, and tender char siu that go well together. Orders for delivery keep coming in, and the staff's coordination is smooth, which is nice to see. The interior has a handmade feel, with Western music playing, and there are also parties being held, making it a lively place.
