Sushi Do

Sushi made with fresh ingredients such as flounder, sea bream, amberjack, and salmon is served, providing guests with a special taste experience that highlights the characteristics of each ingredient. In particular, the combination of uni cream and scallop adductor muscle is a popular menu item that allows you to experience both richness and the umami of the sea at the same time.

A quiet and clean restaurant atmosphere, where private dining is possible. It offers a special dining experience at the counter where you can see the chef's cooking process directly.
