I had a course meal, and it was exciting from start to finish. The burdock potage had a wonderful aroma, and I enjoyed it to the last drop with bread. The Aurora salmon was moist and perfectly cooked, complementing the texture of barley and radish along with the fragrance of herbs. The foie gras paired well with the sweet and sour berry sauce, and the cooking level was exquisite. The steamed clams had a rich and flavorful broth that left a strong impression, and the clam meat was plump. The service was attentive, and it was a satisfying experience, even with the homemade-style dessert.
