The eggs from 'Magic Kitchen', which are delivered to the store the day after they are laid on the farm in Kumamoto, are carefully selected. The fresh 'Momiji eggs', a traditional Japanese breed, are so fresh that the shiny and firm yolks can hold as many toothpicks as you like. Enjoy the texture of these eggs in boiled mash, fluffy and juicy scrambled eggs, with free combinations in units of 6 pcs. Of course, the mayonnaise used in the sandwiches is our homemade special mayonnaise made with these eggs.

Since it is a handmade shop 'Magic Kitchen', the ice cream is naturally made with freshly delivered eggs, using the same beans as the iced coffee we always serve, resulting in a true coffee flavor and natural sweetness for an adult coffee jelly. Furthermore, we finely adjust the gelatin in 0.2g increments to achieve the perfect, wobbly texture. The generously sized jelly in the glass is quite satisfying to eat. However, due to being handmade, we only offer 8 pieces per day. We appreciate your understanding in case we sell out.
