Responding to the voices that want a slightly spicy kick in their ramen, we have created the 'Red Spicy Flavor'. By blending our signature 'Original Flavor' with a special sauce made with chili oil, we have added richness and excitement to the dish.

Kuro Genmi is a homemade black sauce made from a base of Ma-yu oil, which is made from sesame oil and roasted garlic. Enjoy the deliciousness of a mild tonkotsu soup with added richness and depth of flavor.

After the spiciness spreads, the richness and umami penetrate deep into the throat.

The night-limited tsukemen is made with a double soup consisting of the basic pork bone soup and a seafood soup. The rich and creamy soup is full of the flavorful taste of seafood. Additionally, the chewy texture of the homemade noodles is exceptional.
