It was the best pork cutlet in my life(^o^) The best pork cutlet restaurant in Japan is located in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture, a short 5-minute walk from JR Yao Station. The restaurant is located in a residential area with only counter seats. You can choose black charcoal and original with the stance that you can choose your favorite salt and sauce. According to the regular next door, the truffle salt is a perfect match! The texture of the meat seems to be very carefully sinewed, and even though it is thick, the quality is such that it can be chewed through normally. The amount of juices, breading, etc. were all perfect. The restaurant was open for dinner around 1:00 p.m. when I was eating, and they also offer take-out, so I don't think it is a restaurant where you have to wait in line to get a bite.

✏️Mange〗〖Yao〗Osaka, Japan ------------------------ We had dinner here the other day â A tonkatsu restaurant opened in 1996. You can't reserve a seat, and a board is available from 9:00 a.m. for your name. We stopped by to register after having lunch and returned in the evening to visit again (^^) Inside the store is counter seating, You can watch the owner work right in front of you. The owner is very friendly and helpful. : :. 🍀Kurobuta M 160g (💴2390) +Set meal (💴490) The salt is black charcoal salt, The sauce is our original sauce based on onions and apples. Kagoshima Kurobuta pork is prepped and evenly pounded, Tossed with fluffy flour and eggs. Coarse, fresh, raw bread crumbs are dipped and deep-fried. I like to watch this process. The nice color of the pork cutlet looks delicious... ♪ :. Best heat level with a slight pink color still visible. There is no smell at all, and the rich, sweet, juicy flavor of the Kurobuta pork trapped in the fine meat overflows universally. And of course, it goes well with rice. You can also enjoy it with salt or olive oil for a change. The richness of the fatty flavor has a great impact! Thank you for the feast. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❈*❋⁎❈ 🐷 Pork Cutlet Mange 2-3-22 Yokoen, Yao, Osaka, Japan 5 min. from Yao station 🚃. ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 17:00-21:00 💤 Mondays and Tuesdays (open on holidays) 💺 13 seats (counter seats only) 🚭 9 seats 🅿️ 9 units 👤 *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*⁎❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈⁎❋⁎❈ : :

The Osaka Expedition After the legendary coffee, Legendary Tonkatsu Mange. I've been reading your reviews for lunch. I heard that it is normal to go to the restaurant at 8:30 in the morning to put your name down for lunch. Or that we were the 21st to arrive at 10:00am... =͟͟͞͞(๑•̀д•́๑=͟͟͞͞(๑•̀д•́๑=͟͟͞͞(๑•̀д•́๑) All this destructive information. I was surprised, though! I'm convinced after eating it🙏. I was so surprised! It immediately became my number one pork cutlet of all time. I was surprised, but after eating it, I was convinced 🙏 . Tonkatsu is a type of pork cutlet For those of you who live in Nagoya I missed the chance to go to that famous restaurant in Midori Ward. I have not been there yet because I missed the opportunity since they stopped serving ↑Lunch. I have not been there yet. I have not been to this restaurant yet. Tonkatsu. Already It was so delicious and tasty I didn't want to leave even a piece of the batter I wanted to collect all the oil on my plate. It was so delicious that I didn't want to leave a millimeter of it 🥺. By the way, the menu we ordered was Eating it with truffle salt Pork cutlet with butter and truffle salt ¥1,460 Refreshingly light fillet of pork cutlet The oiliness of the premium butter matches the lightness of the filet! When I asked the chef why he chose the echille butter, he said it was even more expensive in terms of price! I asked the chef why he chose the "Essiree Butter" because it is more expensive than "Bordier Butter" but "Essiree Butter" is more famous and easier to understand. He said, "I could have used Bordier butter, but I thought the name was more famous and easier to understand. He said, "I didn't just want the most expensive one! Not just the most expensive one, but one that is easy for customers to understand. but to make it easy for customers to understand. I was also impressed by the way of thinking and the most delicious. I can't stand it! I agree with the average 3 hour wait. The only seating is at the counter. 13 seats in total. There is parking for 9 cars, which is nice! Superb tonkatsu attracts customers from all over Japan! Yao City, Osaka! Please come and try it! When the food at your destination is delicious I really get excited when I eat good food on my travels✨. And at the end of the trip, the chef gave us a DVD of his TV appearance. I was given a DVD of his TV appearance by the chef. Déjà vu! I have a theory that famous restaurants in Osaka give you DVDs 📀? Thank you very much 😊✨ Pork Cutlet Mange 072-996-0175 2-3-22 Yokoen, Yao, Osaka, Japan

[I went to Tonkatsu Mange for revenge! I got in on the first round this time 😁. I have nothing more to say. It's the world's no.1 tonkatsu, isn't it? I am so grateful to Mr. Sakamoto, the president, for teaching me about pork and how to eat it, and even offering me foie gras tonkatsu as a service. It was all thanks to Mr. Komoda! I definitely gave him my business card! Mission accomplished 😀. I think I'll go back the week after next lol.

First bite! I am impressed! 2016,10 My partner has been wanting to try the pork cutlets here for a while! He has been asking for it for a long time. It's rare to find someone who doesn't like fried food that much. But... they don't take reservations for both lunch and dinner, so it's normal to wait in line. One weekday, I had a day off, so I took the train to Yao first. I went first, wrote on the waiting board, and my partner joined me later. We arrived at the restaurant just before 6:00 p.m. There were only 4 people in front of the restaurant... What's that? I went inside to write my name on the waiting board. What's that? What's that? I knew I would be called after the foursome... I was prepared to wait for 2 hours according to a reviewer who visited at night... Why? My partner is at work and will only come back in an hour. Sure enough, they called my name right away, but please come in later! Go ahead! and asked to be passed over. After all, I entered the restaurant after an hour of waiting for my partner. I've always wanted to try their Tokyo X, and when I asked about it that day, they were out of it! I asked if it was delivered on Saturday, so if I wanted to try it for sure, I would have to have it for lunch on Sunday. Why did I order it? My partner: Hyuga Aji Pork & Fried Angel Prawns (2 pcs) 2,380 yen Me: Kagoshima Kurobuta pork & fried angel prawn (2pcs) 2,880 yen ＋We had the set meal for +490 yen! Mine was the Kurobuta pork with a moderate texture and sweet taste of meat! Truffle salt goes so well with this pork cutlet that it doesn't need any sauce or anything! Last time, I also thought about the attention to the side dishes other than the main dish! The miso soup with tapioca, rice, salad and dressing are also very particular and delicious! Ah! Fried angel prawns, wasn't this surprisingly very special? It's delicious - but not as good as Monkatsu! I feel like! My partner's Hyuga Aji Pork was slightly rare and very tender! This one has more delicious sweetness and flavor of meat! This may be a matter of taste! We were able to get in easily, but ended up waiting for an hour... There are days like this, aren't there? The security guard at the parking lot said it was a rare day like this, so I guess I was lucky. But we must have waited a long time. Thank you for the food! 2013,06 Highly recommended by all my reviewers! I don't think there are many stores like this one! And it's amazing that when you go there with high ratings and high expectations, your expectations are not disappointed! On this day, I went to Hyotaiyama to see my favorite friend! Of course, I'm going by moped! But on this day, let's stretch it out a bit and go to Mr. Mange! In the sweltering heat, the icy plastic bottles melted quickly. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there. It's 11:45 on a weekday; it looks like the first round is in and I wonder if it will be the second. I write on the reservation paper and wait in the sweltering heat! Not more than 30 minutes later, a seat opens up! This time, I decided to go with the basic set meal, so I decided to have the loin pork cutlet set meal. Loin pork cutlet set meal: 1,040 yen I sipped hojicha (roasted green tea) from Chikiriya Tea Shop while waiting! Smells so good and very savory! While waiting, I look at the flyer. Various people's fries are being deep-fried... Are they deep-fried at a low temperature? They didn't seem to be very juicy. Now, the long-awaited pork cutlet appeared! I took a bite and was surprised at how tender it was! I don't think I've ever had such a soft pork cutlet before! The sweetness of the meat is unbelievable! The coarse breadcrumbs make it crispy! To be honest, this is better than Hiroki's! The sauce is also fruity, which I like. Grated onions and apples are not so good for me! The shredded cabbage is not soaked in water, so it is not crispy, But it is no problem because the homemade dressing is delicious! Aka-dashi (red soup stock) is made from pork tendon. The broth is rather light, and it's just what you would expect from a pork cutlet restaurant! It's just like eating pork cutlets! The rice is also Koshihikari rice from Iwafune! It's sticky and just the way I like it! I regretted that I had asked for half the rice! From start to finish, the attention to detail is amazing! I guess this is the secret to their popularity! I can see why people would want to go out of their way to eat this! It must take a lot of time and effort to make each dish... I was very satisfied with Mange's! After this, we went to a friend's house... The hill was so steep that we could barely get 30 km/h on the moped even at full speed! I could have just taken the train and taken a cab from the station. But when I thought about the cost of gas, I couldn't bring myself to go... I'd rather ride my bike and eat good food like this... I'll be back next month with my motorcycle! Gochisou Samantha~♪♪♪♪

[Tonkatsu Mange] I had been thinking about the restaurant that Mr. Komoda of Fire Hall had recommended in his Osaka business trip gourmet series, so I managed to make it all the way to Yao. I had an appointment with Mr. Komoda of Fire Hall, so I made my way all the way to Yatsuo. I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened, thinking, "Oh, there's not as many people in line as I thought there would be! This is good! But 10 minutes before the store opened, people began to arrive in droves. I was so excited that I thought, "This is a famous restaurant on a weekday, but there is a line ahead of me, so I should be able to make it just in time for the first turn. What? What? Everyone is ignoring the line and entering the store..." I fearfully asked the shopkeeper, "I was in line, but..." When I fearfully asked the shopkeeper, "I was in line... The shopkeeper replied, "We have been taking the list out since 9:30 in the morning! Didn't you write your name on the list? Lunch is closed today!" I had no idea. I was indeed resentful of the gourmet gods (just incompetent people who didn't do their homework...lol). LOL) I had neither the time nor the energy to get takeout, so I trudged back to the station... I wasted an hour of my precious business trip, including the travel time. It is not an exaggeration to say that this is my only regret. I will try again!

✔️ Osaka Yao ✔️ Tonkatsu Mange ------------------------------------------------------- The No.1 in Kansai🙄! Tonkatsu restaurants from all over the country are flocking to the area. Today's #PorkGourmet! I'm going to put up a gourmet photo with the restaurant's logo as a test 😂👍 So here it is this time: 💁🏻‍♂️ A petit luxury lunch at a tonkatsu restaurant in Yao, southern part of Osaka! By the way, they have dinner as well! Yatsuo is about 30 minutes by train from Namba. This is a very popular restaurant that has been ranked in the #EatLog Gourmet Awards for bronze and #Hundred Best Tonkatsu Restaurants for 3 years in a row since 2017😳. I'm so excited to have the chance to visit this restaurant. The reservation method is different from normal restaurants, you fill out a reservation ledger in front of the restaurant where you write your name, which is common in family restaurants, and when the time is near, they call you 👏. The reception desk opened at 8:30, we arrived at 10:00, filled out the reservation book, and entered the restaurant at 1:00 p.m. when it opened at 11:00 a.m. The restaurant has only 13 seats at the counter! That's why it's even more crowded 😂. Here is what I ordered! tokyoOX 160g (¥3090) +Free refill of rice and salad are included for ¥500! The taste is unquestionably good, too good! As expected of the strongest brand pork. I'll say it again 😭it's really too good 🤤 lol You can choose between salt and sauce as condiments, White Truffle Salt or Black Charcoal Salt Original Sauce or Tonkatsu Sauce I chose the former because I like it light! And Mange's specialties are the cooking methods! The beaten eggs are arranged with milk, the oil is cooked at 170 degrees, and then slowly finished in the residual heat, That's why the flavor is so concentrated. The fillet has little fat and the truffle is a great complement to the meat! The truffle is a great complement to the fillet, and you can even taste the sweetness of the pork through the nose 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺. The pork itself has so much potential, but the way it is cooked and seasoned makes it really good. Pearls on pork is not a good description of this pork cutlet 😭❤️ ---------------------------- ◆Genre: pork cutlet ◆Eating log: 3.87 Budget: ¥2000-¥2999 Nearest station: 5 minutes walk from Kintetsu Yatsuo station #🐷 ・

Lift the fillet. The inside is chunky and rare as shown in the second picture, and is softer and juicier than I had imagined.
