This course is filled with Ohashi's standard products. Dishes that normally cost about 3,500 yen can be had for 2,500 yen.
We use organic rice sourced from a rice farm that has been in operation for 500 years. Please make a reservation by the day before.
Silver rice, miso soup, side dishes
Niigata Prefecture, dry sake, sake meter +5, Hakkai-san from the agricultural world. A dry sake with a refined crispness. A perfect sake designed to pair with all ingredients.
Ibaraki Prefecture, slightly dry, sake degree +4. A pure rice sake with concentrated umami from the rice, featuring an excellent crisp mouthfeel, perfect for pairing with food.
Akita Prefecture, super dry sake with a sake meter value of +12. Brewed using traditional Yamahai method during the cold season with long fermentation, this super dry junmai sake has richness, umami, and vibrant acidity.
Hokkaido Super Dry Sake, Sake Meter Value +12. A super dry sake that 'kills even demons.' Brewed with underground water from the Shokanbetsu Federation, it has a fragrant aroma and a refreshing taste.
