Daikon, egg, fish cake, thick fried tofu, ganmo, chikuwa, konjac, beef sinew, white noodles, chikuwa-bu, satsuma-age, mochi knapsack, burdock roll, kelp, chicken meatball skewer, hanpen, sausage roll, etc. Please note that the types and prices may vary slightly depending on the ingredients and the season.

Cooked using a base of 'oden dashi broth' that contains the umami of many ingredients, finished with a beaten egg and topped with chopped green onions, resulting in a light yet rich and elegant flavor (originally, this was our 'staff meal').
In addition to the two types shown in the photo, we offer a variety of hot pots including Yosenabe, Oyster Hot Pot, Chanko Nabe, Tsukune Hot Pot, Ishikari Nabe, Vegetable Tofu Hot Pot, etc. The delicious rice porridge after the weekly hot pot (prepared by the kitchen) is also available. (Please note that we may not be able to provide certain types or broth depending on the remaining quantity, etc.) *Reservations required for groups of 3 or more.
The chicken thigh is a delicacy grilled with a generous coating of our special sauces, available in 'garlic soy sauce flavor' or 'spicy green onion sauce flavor', please specify when ordering. The larger pieces of fresh offal (pork belly) are marinated and stir-fried in a delicious sauce, making it my favorite accompaniment to drinks.
It takes time and effort, so it may take a little while.. the order of the dishes might be a bit delayed? -- This is a menu specially for 'patient' customers -- I apologize if it cannot be done when the kitchen is busy!! Plain, sweet.. the fillings are tuna, mentaiko, and other options, please check the menu. Each one is made individually, so please let us know your taste preferences.
The broccoli is freshly boiled, the lettuce and tomatoes are cold, and there is a warm, steamy feeling; the portion is slightly larger, topped with plenty of mayonnaise.
Plenty of tofu, a bit spicy but delicious, filling, and can be a side dish. Adding a soft-boiled egg on top makes it even richer in flavor for an additional 100 yen.

The course fee is ¥3,278, and depending on the type of nabe, there will be an additional charge of ¥220 to ¥1,000 per person. Due to the availability of ingredients and time constraints, there may be cases where we cannot prepare certain dishes; we appreciate your understanding. Please consult us about nabe dishes not listed on the menu, and we will accept those that we can serve based on the circumstances.
