Authentic! Curry lunch at the bar Someone I follow on Instagram uploaded a delicious looking curry! I wondered where this was? I looked for it, and lo and behold! It's not near here! Well, I guess I'll have to go there. Mr. Nirnil. A restaurant that serves curry for lunch and a bar at night! Located 5 minutes walk west from JR Higashiyodogawa station. From Higashimikuni Subway Station, 6 or 7 minutes east from the south ticket gate. Right next to Yodogawa Kadoya The exterior is made of glass, so you can see the whole inside. They serve curry! We are having lunch! There is no signage. Do you do curry? I knew that the person ahead of me was eating and I knew in advance, but But I guess passersby must be wondering what kind of restaurant it is. I'm sure the passersby must be wondering. I think there are only 6 seats in the restaurant. A small store with only a counter. All the cutlery and menus are in drawers. It's a little exciting! The lineup is Curry 760 yen Tontoki Curry 830 yen Grilled Chicken Curry 830 yen Pork Belly Curry 830 yen Combi Curry 960 yen I ordered the Tonteki Curry. You can choose from large, medium or small rice and roux. Everyone's tastes are different, aren't they? I chose medium for both. The meat is cooked after the order is taken. Sizzling! I can smell the meat! The finished curry looks so delicious! You can smell the high aroma of spices! The curry is very light. It wasn't so spicy at first, and I was eating it with a normal crunch. But after about the fourth bite, the spices started to kick in, and it was soooo spicy! It's so authentic and the spiciness is amazing! The Tonteki is grilled pork with a light herbal flavor. A little hard to eat with a spoon! Chicken seems to go better with it than pork. There's a lingering spice aftertaste when you're done eating. I didn't expect it to be this authentic, so I was surprised! The curry that the bar does is so delicious! The afterglow of this spice, of course, was tempered with cream coffee at Kadoya's next door! I have a feeling I'll be back for more of this! I would definitely come back again! Thanks for the food
