This is a restaurant located a little off the street where you can enjoy soba and sake. First, small plates are served, and it's delightful to see that the potato salad and stuffed cabbage are well made. There are also items like inari, konnyaku, and tamagoyaki, which provide a bit of satisfaction. The soba has a nice texture, is chilled with cold water, and is very delicious. The dipping sauce has a gentle sweetness and is well-seasoned, making it easy to eat with chopsticks. The combination of grated daikon, seasoned egg, chopped green onions, seaweed, and Yamagata-style dipping sauce is excellent, and it pairs well with the light batter of the tempura.
