This is a simple dish where udon noodles are served with a broth poured over them. You can enjoy it hot, lukewarm, or cold. Feel free to add toppings such as tempura, green onions, and ginger according to your preference.
This dish features kamaage udon (hot udon noodles before being chilled with water) mixed with an egg. The heat from the udon cooks the egg, creating a texture similar to carbonara. Enjoy it simply with a small amount of soy sauce! Feel free to add condiments to your liking.
This is a classic tempura dish from udon shops. Our chikuwa is made using tai chikuwa (if sold out and stock is insufficient, it will be replaced with other chikuwa). We fry a whole piece. It can also be cut using the knives and cutting boards available in the store.
