The appetizers were creative, and the various textures were enjoyable. The sashimi and tempura had a light aftertaste, and the tuna wrapped in seaweed left a lasting impression. The hand-made soba and homemade ganmodoki had a wonderful aroma, making it hard to stop eating. The wild grape kuzukiri was smooth and went well with the rich-flavored juice. In the morning, the rice cooked in a clay pot was fluffy, and the gentle taste of the tofu with sauce was comforting. The hot spring had a silky texture that made my skin feel smooth, and I was able to relax in the calm Japanese-style room.
