A health-conscious course specializing in Yamato vegetables and using no animal products was born! Please enjoy the new vegetarian French cuisine that is not just vegetarian cuisine, but is inspired by the ancient capital of Nara!
We are not bound by genre, but rather work in partnership with producers to serve local ingredients in the most delicious way at the time.
We have renewed one part of our menu from this April! Based on the customer survey conducted in February and March, we have changed the menu to better satisfy our customers! We have increased the volume of dishes such as roast beef of Mahoroba red beef, chef's original beef Yamato Ganof, and Yamato pork stewed in red wine. Sparkling wine is also available as a drink. In mid-April, the weeping cherry trees in the courtyard will be in full bloom!
