Hop House 13 is a double-hopped lager made with Irish barley and aromatic hops. Guinness say Hop House is "a distinctive golden lager". It is brewed with Guinness yeast, Irish barley and a mixture of hops from across the globe – Galaxy and Topaz from Australia and Mosaic from the USA. Hop House 13 is named after an early 1900's hop store building at the St James's Gate stronghold, where hops are still stored to this day

Created to celebrate 275 years of cyder making by 8th generation brothers Barry and Henry Chevallier Guild. This award winning cyder is light, dry, and zingy.

There was a time when the front door was left unlocked. When the kitchen was the scullery. And in the tiny scullery stood the Belfast sink. Clothes and dishes and weans got washed there. A lot of craic was heard around a Jawbox. It still is. 43%Vol.

A curious gin from the Black Forest in Germany. Made with 47 botanicals and bottled at 47%, they also use a 'secret weapon typical to the Black Forest' in the mix – cranberries.

Mare is a Mediterranean gin flavoured with four principal botanicals: basil, thyme, rosemary and, most unusual of all, the Arbequina olive. Alongside juniper, cardamom and citrus, these different botanicals create a strangely arresting gin: you'll know when you've had a Mare. 42.7%VOL.

This is fifty… Fifty Pounds gin is distilled in small quantities, and in single batches. The name comes from the time of George II and the 1736 Gin Act, when a 50 pound tax was levied on those wishing to produce and sell gin. Only two distilleries agreed to pay the tax! 43.5%VOL

A delicious English gin made with poppy, dragon eye, lotus leaves, citrus, almond, lavender and various other botanicals (12 in total). This is four times distilled in copper pot stills, and Bulldog had the highest rating ever received by a gin from Wine Enthusiast Magazine. It was also voted a Top 50 spirit! 40%VOL

A high strength Plymouth gin, this is a rich and flavourful gin, supplied to the Royal Navy for nearly 200 years. 57%VOL

Death's Door Gin has a surprisingly simple botanical mix of organic juniper berries, coriander and fennel. Using juniper berries that grow wild on Washington Island with coriander and fennel sourced from within the state, Death's Door Spirits is able to showcase how complementary and complex simple expressions can be.

Something different here from Tanqueray. This gin is flavoured with Rangpur limes, also known as a mandarin orange. These highly acidic fruits, actually orange in colour, impart a fresh, zesty zing to this refreshing gin. 41.3%VOL.

An incredible small batch London dry gin made in pot still number 10. Tanqueray Number 10 is citrusy and full bodied.

The lower strength version of Tanqueray Export Strength. It boasts a phenomenally fruity, spicy palate with big zesty, citrusy top notes which make this gin the perfect all-rounder. 43.1%VOL.

Quirky producer Hendricks make their pot-still distilled gin using cucumber as one of the primary botanicals. This makes for a unique, tasty and incredibly refreshing Gin. 41.4%VOL.

One of the best known and most delicately perfumed gins in the world, Bombay Sapphire makes an excellent Martini, and is great as a base for a Gin and Tonic.

An absolute classic dry gin, Gordon's is one of the best selling spirits in the world, and was first created in 1769, and the recipe hasn't changed since! This is a triple-distilled gin flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, angelica, and one other botanical. The actual recipe is only known to a dozen people!
