Soba restaurant hankuritei opened in 1969 and is a long-established soba restaurant with over 50 years of history. they are proud of their handmade 100% buckwheat soba noodles, made with hokkaido's rare buckwheat flour "botan," and their stone-milling technique brings out the full flavor of the soba noodles. in particular, their soba soup, made with a mixture of dried bonito flakes, dried sardine flakes, and dried mackerel flakes, is rich in flavor and creates an exquisite harmony with the excellent soba noodles.
