蕎麦所翻久里亭成立于昭和44年，是一家历史悠久的荞麦面老店，拥有50年以上的历史。以北海道产的珍贵荞麦粉“牡丹”为原料，手工制作的十割荞麦是其招牌，通过石磨磨制技术，充分展现荞麦的风味。尤其是由鲣鱼干、干宗田鱼干、干鲭鱼干三种混合而成的荞麦汤底，口味浓郁，与绝品荞麦搭配出绝妙的和谐。
