You can drink calmly at the counter, and the interior has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The first draft beer is crisp, thanks to the chilled glass and well-maintained server. There is a rich variety of smoked menu items, and the bacon and pickled daikon have a wonderful aroma, enhancing the deliciousness of the ingredients. There is also clear broth oden, with flavors well-infused into the daikon, thick fried tofu, and soft fish cakes. The fish cakes are homemade, and their crumbly texture and gentle flavor are soothing. There is a wide selection of sake, ranging from fruity to unique types, which pair perfectly with the smoked dishes and oden.
