It's a hidden house that feels like a secret hideaway, and it's fun to find since there's no sign. Once you step inside, the bright wooden counter is beautiful and incredibly calming. The craftsman carefully shares stories about natural ingredients collected from various places, and just listening to them is exciting. The sashimi can be enjoyed with soy sauce, ponzu, or lemon salt, which really brings out the umami. The plump sweet shrimp, fatty swordfish, and sweet sea urchin were all unforgettable in their deliciousness. The aged red vinegar rice combined with Shizuoka wasabi makes the creative sushi blend seamlessly with the body.
