A total of 8 dishes including the popular potato salad, vinegared motsu (vinegared fish balls), stewed horse meat, and pure domestic red top horse sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto. It is a well-balanced course. Please choose one of three flavors for the special wagyu beef hot pot. The most recommended is the "miso" flavor, which is rich, and the "shoyu" flavor, which is light and easy to eat!

The best of Kyushu's seasonal delicacies, pure domestic products shipped directly from Kumamoto! The 10-course menu also includes an assortment of the finest horse sashimi! This course is perfect for company banquets, friends, business entertainment, or anyone who wants to satisfy their body, mind, and stomach! Please choose from three flavors of special wagyu beef hot pot. The most recommended is the "Miso" flavor, which is rich and filling, the "Soy Sauce" flavor, which is refreshing and easy to eat, and the newly developed "Spicy Miso" flavor.
Carefully strained original blended miso creates a rich and deep miso soup that is unlike any other. The Aomori prefecture's grated garlic, which pairs well with this miso, adds to the aroma of the miso hot pot that makes you want to eat it again. *For the finish, 'chanpon or mochi' is recommended!
The kombu broth that has been soaked overnight is brought to a boil, and then bonito flakes are added to extract a rich umami flavor. The domestic garlic used in the soy sauce hot pot is sliced to create a rounded aroma, resulting in a smooth soup. *For the finish, 'Zosui' is recommended!
A new standard for Hakata Motsunabe born from five years of research. Carefully crafted dashi is further enhanced with a base of spiciness, blended with several types of spicy miso and chili peppers to create a homemade umami spicy miso soup that you will want to drink to the last drop. *We recommend finishing with 'chijire noodles or mochi'!
