Our fresh noodles are made using a pasta machine from La Parmigiana, located at the entrance. We blend semolina flour and whole wheat flour, add Ran-oh eggs, water, and pure rapeseed oil, and extract the mixture. By allowing it to rest, we mature the dough to achieve a unique chewy texture. Takeout is also available, so please ask the staff!
