Freshly made nigiri is delicious, even better the next morning. This is my second visit. After reflecting on the fact that the last time I had freshly made nigiri, they were too airy and falling apart, I ordered one raw cod roe (for eating at the restaurant) and one salmon (for breakfast the next day). After comparing the two, the next day's breakfast was the winner, although it might depend on the ingredients (^o^). When you eat in the restaurant, miso soup is a must, and you can have another bowl of miso soup and iwanori (also, another bowl of iwanori is free).

I found a sticker of "Where to in Nogizaka" I saw the other day! I was so happy and excited ❤️ A very popular store with a long line of customers all day long! Even though it was a rainy day and 40 minutes before closing time We were the third in line, and even after that, there was a constant flow of customers, including those who wanted to take home a takeaway. There was no end to the number of customers, including take-out customers. I like the outside of the shop because of its tasteful appearance. I also like the outside of the store because of its taste, and the inside of the store looks warm and welcoming from the outside. * There are so many onigiri on the menu. I get excited and confused about which one to choose. I'm a fan of "royal road" (I'm the type of person who likes the main character in comic books). From the latest "Top 10 Toppings No. 1 [Sujiko + Salmon What about you, Taro? Beef tendon + egg yolk in soy sauce Soboro (minced meat) + miso paste And then, I ordered Tofu Soup! I'm glad that miso soup is refillable. ☺️ *The "Beef Soup" was performed in front of our eyes. We were impressed by the "craftsmanship" that unfolded in front of our eyes. It's so fast and fun that you can't help but devour it! Bongo's rice balls are almost never made by hand! Or rather, we just wrap them up! So the rice is soft and fluffy without being crushed. You can feel every grain of rice! It's a very generous portion, but you can eat this one: ❤️ *Seasoning Sujiko + Salmon The combination of the thick and sticky texture of the musubiko and the salty taste of the salmon makes you happy and satisfied. The salty taste of the salmon is in happy harmony with the melty and sticky taste of the sujiko. The individual flavors are so strong that they taste great on their own, but but this luxury is indescribable ✨✨✨ *1 Beef tendon + egg yolk in soy sauce The beef tendon is just so sweet and delicious! The egg yolk is rich and thick and goes well with the beef tendon. Soboro meat + miso I was very impressed with this! I thought there was miso inside. I thought there was miso inside, but after I nigiri it, the whole surface was covered with miso! So delicious! * Anyway, it was voluptuous with a lot of ingredients. They are all much bigger than I expected! But it's like a separate stomach or something... It's salty even without the ingredients. It's definitely delicious, and you can also enjoy it with the individual ingredients. Jako (baby sardines) with shichimi (seven spices) Raw cod roe Shiso miso I can't wait to go again! *sigh And the warmth of the people working at Bongo is very nice and comfortable. I was grateful to be able to enjoy warm tea while waiting in line. The staff were cheerful, and the atmosphere inside the store was pleasant. The ordering process went smoothly verbally, and just watching them prepare the food was exciting. The rice balls were larger than those from convenience stores, and I was happy that they were filled with ingredients no matter where I bit into them. The miso soup with tofu had a gentle flavor, and I ended up asking for a second helping. The combination of fluffy rice and fragrant seaweed was the best, and by the time I finished eating, I felt happy.

I ate onigiri🍙. The master of the onigiri world A two-hour wait is the norm. Sometimes 4 or 5 hours wait! I was able to go with almost no wait time because Weekday, evening, rain ☔️ Maybe it was because of all these conditions ✨. How many to eat... Since we've come all this way... ▶︎ egg yolk + minced meat 410 yen ▶︎ Mentaiko cream cheese ¥310.- ▶︎Koya Takana ¥260.- Three pieces are quite a lot! Each piece is huge! And it's on the regular menu: ☺️ I'm sure you know it because it's famous. The soft and fluffy texture of the rice is almost unmolded. The ingredients are plentiful and delightful! The sight of the hand holding is fun (and everyone is so kind to show it to you) It was fun. It was delicious. This is the kind of restaurant I go to every once in a while @ Otsuka Always crowded! Fast food from Japan 🇯🇵. The ingredients are mentaiko cream cheese x salted fish. AND, Tofu miso soup with iwanori seaweed. I crave salt on hot days 😝.
