"Pure Ice" is created by replicating the process of using natural water, slowly removing impurities over time, resulting in hygienic, slow-melting, and highly transparent delicious ice. We fluff the pure ice and drizzle it with syrup. Please enjoy our homemade matcha syrup, freshly brewed espresso syrup, homemade sweet red bean paste, and handmade mochi that is boiled upon order as toppings.
