Our shop's winter staple drink is a hot drink simmered with apples, cinnamon, and other spices. Although we call it cider, it is not a carbonated beverage.
A classic among classics, tapioca drink! It is also our number one popular item.
Winter Menu No. 1 Popular Dish. A simple gratin filled with omelette rice and topped with plenty of cheese.
Served with Hayashi rice made with beef tendon simmered until tender.
A classic omelette rice! The ingredients are simple, consisting only of chicken, onions, and green peas.
We wrapped our popular fried rice, which has been a favorite since we opened, in an egg to make an omelette rice! Instead of ketchup, it is topped with a sauce that goes well with fried rice!
We use ganmodoki from Kosakaya Tofu Shop, which is famous for its delicious ganmodoki in the local Mikuni Town. Since the ganmodoki is filled with a variety of ingredients, we only use green onions as the other ingredient, finishing it as a soy sauce-based Japanese-style omelette rice. The sauce poured on top is based on ginger soy sauce. It's a healthy and hearty omelette rice! This is our original omelette rice; it may be an unimaginable omelette rice, but it is delicious!
Summer limited menu! This is a Japanese-style omelette rice made with locally sourced Sazae (turban shell). The shell of the Sazae contains a sauce made with its liver, which you can pour over to your liking. The Sazae has been boiled once, making it tender, and the liver sauce has no unpleasant smell and the bitterness of the liver is suppressed, making it easier to eat even for those who are not fond of it. Even without the sauce, the egg that wraps it is seasoned, so you can enjoy it deliciously as it is.
This is a healthy dessert made with soy milk, which is popular in the Chinese-speaking world and Southeast Asia. It is a Japanese-style tofu flower topped with traditional black honey and soybean flour.
This is a refreshing Toorufa made with homemade honey lemon.
