È un ristorante a pochi passi dalla stazione, dove si possono gustare piatti a base di formaggio in modo informale. Il primo piatto che ho assaggiato, la caprese con mozzarella e pomodoro, aveva un profumo fresco ed è stato un ottimo inizio. Un piatto con burrata, frutta di stagione e prosciutto ha un equilibrio piacevole tra ricchezza e dolcezza. La carbonara cremosa, preparata davanti a me con il formaggio, si attacca bene alla pasta. La pizza Chicago con formaggio filante e la pizza con quattro tipi di formaggio hanno tutte una loro personalità e sono tutte soddisfacenti. Infine, ho potuto gustare anche una cheesecake con una superficie croccante, godendo fino alla fine del fascino del formaggio.
