Shibaken's pork cutlets are wonderful! The batter is thin, golden brown, and crispy. The pork fat is rich and meltingly sweet, while the lean meat is mild and delicious. When eaten without anything else, the pork flavor can be felt well. The curry and miso soup are also delicious and full of pork flavor. I would also like to try the charcoal grill. Thank you very much for the meal.
