There are self-serve pickles, which makes for a fun atmosphere right from the start. The meat and burdock tempura udon comes topped with burdock tempura and meat along with green onions and kamaboko, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the broth. The noodles are soft, typical of Kyushu, and have a good texture that pairs well with the ingredients. The Okinawan island chili dumplings have just the right amount of spiciness, making them hard to resist. The fried shishamo is crispy and can be enjoyed all the way to the head. The chicken udon features a sweet and rich broth that enhances the smooth texture of the noodles.
